The New York Times loves La Source Chardonnay

Lovers of Evening Land know we pride ourselves on growing and producing exceptional, age-worthy Chardonnays from our Seven Springs Estate Vineyard. There's been a collective effort afoot here in the valley to shine a spotlight on Oregon Chardonnay by dedicating more and better vineyard land to the variety, improving vinification techniques learned from Burgundy, and simply by dedicating more time and energy to pouring and discussing Oregon Chardonnay.

Eric Asimov of the New York Times dedicated last week's tasting panel and column to Oregon Chardonnay. It's a terrific article that touches on many inflection points in Oregon's quest to make world-class Chardonnay. Along with his fellow tasters, and out of a terrific line-up of 20 wines, our 2015 La Source Chardonnay was deemed the top wine of the group! 

Kudos to Ben and his winery team on a great accolade from one of our favorite tasters and writers.
