Back to the very beginning.

Back to Evening Land's first vintage from Seven Springs

What an amazing time of year! The leaves are finishing their fiery descent to earth and we're rounding the corner into the joyful heart of the Holiday season. To help you and your loved ones celebrate, and to welcome you to our Dundee tasting room, we raided the cellar and found a little gem from our first vintage at Seven Springs to share with you. Don't tell the whole neighborhood, but any purchased tasting from now through Monday 11/27 will conclude with a little slice of Evening Land history.

The 2007 Seven Springs Pinot Noir opens with Bing cherries, red raspberries, cocoa and subtle truffle notes on the nose. The palate confirms those raspberry tones before moving into expressions of Earl Grey tea, smoked cherries, cocoa powder and dried porcini mushrooms. At ten years, the wine showcases wonderfully developed secondary notes and a long finish.

Whether you're looking to add some age & vintage depth to your Thanksgiving wine pairings, heading out for a day of wine-tasting in paradise, or starting your holiday shopping early, stop in and let us take care of you. In addition to our award-winning wines (available in gift packs!) we offer hard-to-find gifts for wine lovers like hand-blown Zalto stemware and decanters, Coravin wine systems, and Evening Land Gift Cards.
